Frequently Asked Questions What time can I arrive in order to set up for the party? You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. Where do my guests park? There is a parking lot behind our facility for patrons of the museum, as well as a loading and unloading drop-off spot on the side of the museum. The parking in front of the museum is not for the use of the museum for it belongs to the Boys & Girls Club. What time must I leave the museum? You and your guests are allowed to stay in the museum until the museum closes at 4pm. However, all belongings must be removed from the party room by 15 minutes after your scheduled party time. What if a guest brings a sibling, must I pay for the sibling? "If you play, you pay!" As per policies, all children that use our exhibits must be included in the party costs. Ten children are included in the package price, any child over this amount is an additional fee of $7.00. What is the policy on shoes in the museum? Socks are required throughout the museum. On our Kid's Universe exhibit, there is a slide where shoes are not allowed, but the children must wear socks per state-wide health policies. |
