All birthday parties include:

An APCM staff member to lend a hand during set up of the birthday party room
A party space for your celebration for 2 hours
All-day admission included in the price of the party & extra guest fees
Face painting for all party guests

Party Pricing

A non-refundable $65.00 deposit is required within 7 days of booking to hold your date.

Half of the Party Room:

$125 for non-members [$112.50 for members]
Price includes up to 10 children and two hours in party room
Each additional child is $7.00
Up to 20 children, adults are free

Full Party Room

$175 for non-members [$157.50 for members]
Price includes up to 10 children and two hours in party room
Each additional child is $7.00
Up to 40 children, adults are free

Each theme includes:

APCM logo tee shirt for the birthday child
A themed craft OR activity
Everything offered in a classic party package
Add any theme for an additional $25!

Choose from these fun themes:

Amazing Animals: Get wild with a fun live animal presentation or by making a fabulous animal mask!
Journey Into Space: We blast off into fun activities like making your very own UFO or playing Solar Search: a scavenger hunt with meteors hidden all around the museum!
Musical Mania: Birthday party guests will really move & groove with this fun theme: play a game of musical chairs or make & shake maracas!
Fishy Friends: Get some energy out by playing Sharks & Barracudas, a tag-like game, or make a funk fish craft to take home!
Cultural Creations: Native American themed crafts or a story about fascinating far away lands, this theme is all about diversity & the cultures of the world!

Booking & Party Policy Info

For detailed information & reservations, please call APCM at 413-572-4014. Make sure to contact the museum at least one week in advance to book your party.

2 hour time slots on Friday nights, Saturdays & Sundays
Parties are held at 10am-12pm; 1-3pm; 4-6pm on Saturday & Sunday
Parties are held at 4-6pm or 5-7pm on Fridays only.
A non-refundable deposit of $65 is due within one week of booking in order to hold your date.
Balance is due the day of the party
All dates, times, & packages are subject to availability
